PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, to hear the following:
Case #600, the Application of Laura and Jeffrey Schneider, as owners with regard to the premises at 4 Diana’s Circle, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 253, Lot 2, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, in R-12 Residence District, for variance from Village Code Section 200-12, to install back-up electric generator on west side of existing single family home, which would be set back approximately 45’ from front property line, where minimum setback for accessory structures is 60’ from front property line.
At time and place of public hearings, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard. Individuals wishing to review files may do so during Village business hours. Those persons planning to attend meeting and who require special accommodation because of disability should notify Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to meeting.
