PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, to hear the following case:

Public Hearing for Case #602, the Application of Park East LLC, as owner, and LML Hospitality LLC, as tenant-occupant with regard to the premises at 1024 Northern Boulevard, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 22-1, Lots 808, 809 and 811 on the Nassau County Land & Tax Map, in a C-1 Zoning District of the Village, for variance from Section 200-51(L) to permit interior alterations of existing restaurant facility that will create additional habitable space devoted to patron use, which, based upon the Code requirement of one on-site parking space for each 50 square feet of such floor area, will result in 63 required on-site parking spaces, while the property now provides and is proposed to provide only 55 on-site parking spaces.

At time and place of public hearing, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard. Individuals wishing to review file may do so during Village business hours. Those persons planning to attend meeting and who require special accommodations because of disability are requested to notify Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to meeting.
