ExteNet Systems Inc. has again asked to place a cell antenna node in Munsey Park, according to the village.

This comes after ExteNet sued Munsey Park after the village did not address a prior application submitted in January. The company discontinued the lawsuit in late August.

“Due to ExteNet’s recent reiterated request to install the ‘small cell,’ the Trustees and Village counsel are now considering the appropriate action to take, including inviting a representative from ExteNet at an upcoming monthly meeting,” an update on the village’s website says.

The company wants to place the node at the intersection of Park Avenue and Manhasset Woods Road, according to the village.
