Missing Manhasset girl found

A teenage girl last seen at her home in Manhasset last month has been found, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

Detectives said that Kayla Sarduy, 15, was last seen leaving her Manhasset home at 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26. She was reported located by the NCPD on Monday.

Sarduy was described by police as a Black female with brown hair and brown eyes who was estimated to be 5-foot-4 and 130 pounds, and had last been seen wearing dark jeans, with no other description of clothing given. Police said at the time that she might be going to the Hempstead area.
