Spring has arrived in Manhasset. The grass is turning green and trees are blooming. Easter arrives on Sunday, April 21 and the Easter Bunny has already made an appearance in Manhasset.
The Manhasset Mothers’ Group held its annual egg hunt on the gorgeous grounds Strathmore Vanderbilt Country Club on April 13. The event was organized by co-chairs, Claire Leiser and Grace Pok.
The event featured basket decorating, a balloon artist and face painting. To the children’s delight, the Easter bunny led the children to the egg hunt and posed for photographs.
President, Dana Forbes and Vice President, Jaclyn Martini wished to thank all those that attended as well as the volunteers who created a fun-filled morning for so many families.
All are welcome to join the MGM and participate in exciting events including the annual Children’s Ice Cream social which will be held in June. The MGM is a member-based organization that holds a number of regular events throughout the year.
