Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Sam Marcus sales manager of its Great Neck initiative, which will result in another North Shore sales office for the organization.
Marcus previously served as the assistant sales manager for its Glen Head/Old Brookville/Sea Cliff offices. Deirdre O’Connell, CEO of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty made the announcement.
“Sam’s strong work ethic and his passion and technological expertise will attract top talent and get our newest office up and running quickly in this very important market,” said O’Connell. “In addition to his local knowledge of Great Neck and Kings Point, Sam is forward thinking and has a keen sense for digital, social media marketing and the nuances of local target advertising.”
Marcus is a consistently top producing associate broker with two decades of real estate experience that includes leasing and property management, Daniel Gales officials said. Prior to this most recent assignment, he worked out of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Roslyn and Manhasset offices.
Before concentrating his efforts on sales management, Marcus was the Manhasset office’s outstanding listing leader, outstanding unit leader and bulk listing (condos, co-ops, apartments) leader in 2010 and 2011, Daniel Gale officials said.
