Max Weinberg’s ‘Jukebox Tour’ extends into 2018

The Island Now

Legendary drummer and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Max Weinberg has extended his fan-friendly ‘Max Weinberg’s Jukebox’ tour, with additional dates confirmed into 2018 and more to be announced soon.

Fresh off ‘The River Tour’ of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band in 2016 into 2017, where the group played 89 concerts nearly four hours long each night in 15 countries, amassing $300,000,000 in ticket sales, Weinberg announced a new touring concept for smaller venues, “Max Weinberg’s Jukebox.”

In the shows, Weinberg invites the audience to create the set list he and his four person group will play that night. Guests get to choose from a video menu of over 200 songs, everything from the Beatles to the Rolling Stones to Springsteen and The E Street Band’s biggest hits.

Weinberg has upcoming dates performing throughout New Jersey and a Jan. 13 performance at Port Washington’s Landmark Theater.
