Metropolitan Commercial Bank’s Great Neck banking center recently donated 77 coats to Long Island Cares as the Bank wrapped up its annual Give the Gift of Warmth Holiday Coat Drive.

Since December, the teams from Metropolitan Commercial Bank’s four Manhattan banking centers, its Brooklyn banking center and the Great Neck banking center have been donating and collecting from bank customers and local residents new and slightly used coats for those in need of extra warmth this winter.

In total, Metropolitan Commercial Bank collected 377 across all six banking centers—with the coats collected at its Manhattan and Boro Park locations being donated to New York Cares. The Bank continues to seek partnerships with community organizations that help better the lives of individuals and families in the neighborhoods the Bank serves.
