A New Hyde Park woman is set to be arraigned Tuesday after allegedly driving drunk with her two daughters, Nassau County police said.

Police pulled over Dayna J. Gambino, 23, at 11:50 p.m. Monday on the Long Island Expressway in Jericho after she allegedly drifted out of her lane and nearly hit the center median, police said.

Police found Gambino was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and saw her daughters, ages 2 and 6, were passengers in the white BMW, police said.

Gambino was arrested on two charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, which makes it a felony on the first offense to drive drunk with children younger than 15 in the car.

Gambino was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two other driving while intoxicated charges and several vehicle and traffic law violations, police said.

Her children were put in the custody of a family member, police said.
