Daniel Gale Sotheby’s named exclusive sales team for Roslyn Landing

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty was recently named the exclusive marketing and sales team for the Roslyn Landing development in downtown Roslyn.

Licensed salesperson Gwen Levy of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, onsite sales manager for Roslyn Landing, said the new partnership has been positive so far with both groups focused on the same outcome.

“It feels very natural, and we’re all working with the exact same goal, which is to sell our homes and have the new homeowners become so happy that they become ambassadors toward filling Phase 2,” Levy said. “So far, it’s worked out exactly that way.”

The two groups came together at a cocktail party recently to celebrate the new partnership between the housing development and realty company.

The development was divided into two construction phases to build the 78 units ranging from three- and four-bedroom townhouses to three-bedroom flat-over-flat condominiums starting at $1.375 million.

Phase 1 of 28 units has been completed and sold, and Levy said many residents moved in during the fall. Project developer The Ranches announced in August it would begin construction on Phase 2’s 50 units and begin selling them soon after.

“We have such a good knowledge of new development, and we have an entire team devoted to new development,” Levy said. “We work really well with in-house marketing and development, and so that can be very helpful to a project like this.”

The 12-acre property includes a waterfront promenade, village green space, two ponds and access to a dog run. Roslyn Landing also provides residents with a full suite of amenities, including a clubhouse with billiards table, bar, catering kitchen, dining area and space for lounging.

“We really are specialists locally,” Levy said. “We are the top-tier agency locally and regionally, but we also have the international presence. We’re able to pull from lots of different markets. Being specialists in luxury homes, we base our entire career around how to market and sell high-level homes in different communities like this.”
