A 77-year-old East Hills resident died after a vehicular crash in Roslyn Friday afternoon, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

A 36-year-old man, who police declined to identify, was operating the other vehicle, a Mack truck, in the crash.

Both drivers were taken to area hospitals, the man with a head wound, according to police. Samide suffered trauma injuries and was pronounced dead at 3:52 p.m.
