Five Queens women arrested for alleged involvement in Victoria’s Secrets thefts

Five women from Far Rockaway, Queens, were arrested Saturday by Nassau County police for their alleged involvement in a string of larcenies targeting Victoria’s Secret locations, including the company’s store at Lake Success Shopping Center.

Police arrested Ariel Phipps, 19, Adrian Phipps, 18, Adriana Phipps, 18, Mariah Pearson, 20, and Armoni Nesbit, 21, all of Far Rockaway, in connection with several thefts in the county.

According to police, the women entered three stores in New Hyde Park, Oceanside and Hicksville on two different days, removed items and left without attempting to pay.

Ariel and Adrian Phipps are each charged with two counts of grand larceny. Adriana Phipps, Pearson and Nesbit are charged with one count of grand larceny. All five women were arraigned Monday. No attorney is listed for any of the women.
