On Thursday May 8, Lois Schaffer came to the PATV studio to be interviewed by Actress/Peace Activist Shirley Romaine on her book: “The Unthinkable.” This book tells the story of the loss of Schaffer’s daughter to gun toting teenagers and was the fuel for her mission to ban illegal guns.
The program had a volunteer crew of PATV Teen TV participants, who also posed questions to the author on her book. PATV “Access Spotlight: Lois Schaffer” will cablecast on PATV Channel 20 (Cablevision) and Channel 37 (FIOS) on Tuesdays, June 17 and June 24 at 7:30 p.m., and on Sundays, June 22 and 29 at 6 p.m.
