The celebration featured tours of a model home as well as previews of new Jaguar and Range Rover models.

“An event or a party is a superb way to showcase a property,” Tara Poli, director of development marketing for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, said. “A party brings the community together with a shared sense of accomplishment and anticipation, and provides an excellent opportunity for the established and new residents to meet their neighbors. On the sales and marketing side, it’s a terrific way for agents to preview the development with their customers and get a real feel for the property, its flow and amenities.”

The development, which is located off Old Roslyn Road and Bryant Avenue within walking distance of downtown Roslyn, consists of three- and four-bedroom townhouses as well as three-bedroom flat-over-flat condominiums, starting at $1.375 million.

Roslyn Landing broke ground in May 2016, and the flat-over-flat condominiums range from 2,700 to 3,200 square feet.

In January, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty was named the exclusive marketing and sales team for the development.

The 12-acre property includes a waterfront promenade, village green space, two ponds and access to a dog run. Roslyn Landing also provides residents with a full suite of amenities, including a clubhouse with billiards table, bar, catering kitchen, dining area and space for lounging.

Roslyn Landing is a joint project of The Ranches, a  North Shore home builder with more than 30 years of experience, financed by G4 Capital Partners, a private equity group founded in 2005.

“Roslyn Landing was conceived and built to provide a lifestyle that works for every stage of life,” Rob Antonucci, managing member with The Ranches, said. “It succeeds on every level for singles, young families, professionals and empty nesters.”
