NSTV-Long Island, your community media center, in conjunction with Northwell Health’s director of Community Outreach and their esteemed physicians and surgeons, have created a very comprehensive series of free health presentations which will air on NSTV’s Channels 20, Altice/Optimum and 37 Verizon/Fios, streaming from nstv.org.

The latest program being aired on NSTV will be: “Spinal Tumors: What Everyone Should Know!” with Dr. Daniel M. Sciubba, MBA, senior vice president of Neurosurgery at Northwell Health, co-director of the Institute for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Northwell Health and Chair of Neurosciences at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Watch this program starting on July 7 at 10:30 a.m. and on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. on NSTV’s Channels 20 Optimum and 37 Fios, streaming at nstv.org.

Sciubba has received numerous recognitions for his clinical excellence. In 2015, he was inducted into the Miller-Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence, the highest clinical distinction at John Hopkins University. He is ranked in the Top 10 Spine Surgeons and Spinal Oncology clinicians in the world and has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 4 consecutive years.
