NOTICE OF PUBLIC
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20870 Bizlantis, LLC, variances 70-103.A.1, 70-103.F, 70-132.B, 70-203.G, and 70-103.B to construct alterations to an existing building for a fitness studio (first floor) and apartments (second floor) with insufficient off-street parking, insufficient loading zones, insufficient front yard setbacks, insufficient landscaped buffers, and parking spaces of insufficient dimension; SE/cor. #270 Garden St. & St. Marks Pl., Roslyn Heights, Sec. 7, Blk. APPEAL #20871—Antonio Cunha, appeal for determination under 70-225 that a variance from 70-125 is not required, and variances 70-103.A(1), and 70-208.F to maintain a parking garage conversion to office and storage space (not a permitted use) in a non-conforming building with insufficient off-street parking; S/W/Cor. 253 Roslyn Rd. and Russel St., Roslyn Heights, Sec. 7, Blk. 72, Lot 81, B-A & R-C Districts.
