NOTICE OF PUBLIC
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20878 Stephen & Rosa Langan, variance 70-51(A) to legalize an addition to a house and a roofed over patio which are too close to the east side property line; S/side #336 Broadway 150’ E/of Silver Lake Blvd., Carle Place, Sec.10, Blk. 15, Lot 11, R-C District.
APPEAL #20879 Joan Medina, variance 70-100.2.A(2) to legalize a fence which is located within the front yard; W/side #255 Sheridan St., 200’ N/of Broadway, Westbury, Sec. 11, Blk. 19, Lot 23, R-C District.
