Chatios by S.B. Browne, C.E., dated April 28, 1926”, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County, State of New York, on May 1st, 1926 as Map No. 602, Case No. 637, said lots of parcels of land being known as Lots 4 and 5 in Block “Q”.
As more particularly described in the judgment of foreclosure and sale.
