PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, with respect to the application of Rosenbaum Design Group for Site Plan Review of proposed T J Maxx facade renovations and a receiving area canopy at 1 Soundview Marketplace, Port Washington, New York (premises designated on the Nassau County Land & Tax Map as Section 4, Block 129, Lots 1, 10, 12 & 14C).
At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard. Anyone needing special accommodation pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the Village Clerk at least four business days before the meeting.
