Readers Write: Holocaust has no place in today’s political rhetoric

The Island Now

Are you kidding me? Another attempt to equate the Holocaust to current national events? In the Oct. 2 “The Back Road” section of Great Neck News, Andrew Malekoff launches into yet another familiar hyper-partisan tirade that begins with Nazi evil and culminates with unwarranted attacks on President Trump.

Mr. Malekoff uses rhetorically linking catchwords throughout (“gassing,” “following orders,” “ripping children,” “brownshirts” etc.) in his quest to demonize the president. He consistently presents glaring inaccuracies in his convoluted piece, while neglecting to mention the organized terror, violence, looting, and arson perpetrated by supporters of VP Biden and his radical left base in many American cities.
