Readers Write: Weigh both sides in Plaza election

The Island Now

When Leonard Katz has asked me questions, I am more than happy to answer them, especially when it comes to what can be done to reinvigorate the Plaza.  I am not running Leonard Katz’s campaign in the sense of controlling what is happening.  I have offered some assistance.  However, I do not bash people or offer negative comments about anyone since that isn’t my style of promoting people over others.  I have been practicing real estate for 38-plus years as an investor and Broker and I believe my information comes from my years of learning, absorbing and gaining the necessary knowledge to offer tried and true comments when someone asks me for my professional opinion.

I would say that there are times when new ideas and suggestions and ways of performing as well as new blood can and does make a difference.  Everyone has been affected by our “new normal” with our pandemic and we need to figure out how to revive the Plaza.  Many have tried positions and have succeeded as “newbies” by coming up with fresh ideas and thoughts that can be implemented to make a difference in how to approach fixing what is wrong.

Everyone wants to have the best people in place to do the job.  If Plaza residents are happy with the current administration and the state of Great Neck Plaza, then they should be voted in,  but if they are not and want a change and something different to happen, then vote for the “Revive Great Neck Plaza” team.  There is a saying, If you keep doing the same thing expecting different results, that is what we call insanity!  Obviously, it’s always your choice.
