I read the story about the grist mill in the Roslyn Times.
Nice as that is, we’d also like to see the water wheel at the grist Mill in Gerry Park restored.
It would cost much less and the town is using the building currently.
We have repeatedly contacted Mr. Kroplick and others about this.
For example we once received this from a legislative aide:
“Councilwoman Anna Kaplan is advocating for many improvements for Gerry Pond Park, including fixing of the waterwheel in the park. She has asked for an estimate from DPW for the repairs.“
