PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

Place:Village Hall, 100 East Shore Road,
Thomaston, New York
Subject: Application of 805 N. Blvd. LLC, 608 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1001, New York, New York, to utilize a portion of the ground level of the existing building as a pharmacy business, which proposed use requires (a) a variance of Village Code §203-62, in that the proposed use is neither a permitted principal use nor a permitted accessory use in the Office Business District, and (b) an amendment of the conditions of a prior approval by permitting the use of a portion of the ground floor level for a non-permitted use. Premises are designated as Section 2, Block 262, Lots 10-13 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matter.
This application is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act. No determination of significance yet has been made.
Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at or participation in the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, 100 East Shore Road, Thomaston, New York, during regular business hours.
