PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF FLOWER HILL – BOARD OF TRUSTEES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 7, 2018 at One Bonnie Heights Road, Manhasset, New York at the Village Hall at 7:30 pm to consider the following proposed local laws:
1.Continued hearing LL D – 2018 “Utility set-back”
2.LL E – 2018 “Regulation of Lighting”
3.Local Law F – 2017 “Amend Exhibitions Law”
4.Local Law G – 2018 Amend “Building Construction” to allow Superintendent’s discretion in permit extension
This meeting is open to the public. Persons who may suffer from a disability which would prevent them from participating in said hearing should notify Ronnie Shatzkamer, Village Clerk, at (516) 627-5000 in sufficient time to permit such arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
