I strongly support the re-election of Barbara Berkowitz for Great Neck Public Schools Board of Edu trustee, and for good reasons.
Everything Mr. Glickman says needs to be done, or that that he wants to do, Mrs. Berkowitz has done and continues to do. Change for the sake of change is a poor excuse for what she already possesses: dedication, expertise, experience, knowledge, empathy, transparency, and years of excellent successes.
Our schools are not among the best in the country, year-after-year, by mistake. They are because of Mrs. Berkowitz, the board president, and her fellow board members, current and past.
