There are many who are aware of irregularities that occurred during the 2020 election and there are those who do, indeed, state that it was “stolen.” I cannot say that, but when a Democratic voting rights activist, Stacey Abrams, travels to the battleground states and gets them to change their voting rules, eliminating standards that were in place to prevent voting fraud, it is boundto make an election suspect. She did not go to New York or New Jersey to change the rules. Why do you think that is the case?
She knew they are Democratic states and were not in danger of voting Republican. Isn’t it funny that her name never comes up when articles like this are written. The sin of omission raises its ugly head. Now, the Dems and the media continue to call Jan 6 an insurrection. Isn’t it strange that none of the people arrested have been charged with insurrection.
It is laughable to think that this riotous crowd thought they could overturn an election. It is ludicrous. Other charges such as trespassing, destruction of property etc but not charges of insurrection and yet the left uses this charge over and over again.
Reuters reported in August that “the FBI found scant evidence that the Jan 6 attack on the Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials. The violence was not centrally coordinated by far right groups of President Trump. The sins of omission continue.
There seems to be some idea on the left that history is being altered to hide any ugliness that occurred when our ancestors roamed the United States. I find that strange because I learned all about the early explorers and the peoples they conquered, the struggle between the settlers and the Native Americans and the death and destruction that occurred on both sides. Slavery was not hidden in my history books, the cruelty, lynching, the underground railroad, families torn apart, the Civil War, Jim Crow, segregation, civil rights laws, systemic racism and the progress that America has made since I opened a history book decades ago.
Your editorial states that Critical Race Theory is taught in Law schools and not in elementary schools. Where has this person been? Have you heard of Becky Pringle? She is the President of the NEA and she looked right at the camera and said that they teach Critical Race Theory in K-12 and that it should be defended. The NEA is going to do everything they can to fight those who try to stop CRT from being taught in our schools.

Now let’s get something straight for once. The white race is not the only group of people that once owned slaves. There is not a continent out there or a race that did not partake in this heinous practice. There were black slave traders who sold their own people into slavery. Slavery is being practiced today in China. So let’s stop the self-righteous indignation as if the rest of the human race is innocent of any wrongdoing.
That brings me to today. We live in the freest country in the world. Thousands have died to make it so and all of you ungrateful, self-centered complainers should kiss the ground you walk on. Open your eyes. Millions are pouring in here from all over the world because of what we have to offer them in opportunity, equality and freedom.
CRT, in action in part, consists of telling white students in schools that they are oppressors and telling minorities that they are oppressed by those with white skin. Have you ever heard of anything so obviously racist? Educating children to see their fellow students as oppressors or victims. It is a sick ideology and needs to be stamped out by sane thinking Americans with common sense.
“Biden Ends Bush’s failed war in Afghanistan” the title states. It should read Biden’s Failed Evacuation of Afghanistan. Talk about having blinders on, this writer takes the cake. It does not matter what the subject, the sin of omission is always present in these Viewpoint diatribes.
Many mistakes and intelligence failures occurred prior to 9/11, systems did not share information and there were general warnings and not specifics, but I will not defend George W. Bush’s decisions and certainly not his war with Iraq.
Does she mention that Bill Clinton had a chance to get terrorist Osama Bin Laden and did not take it, Obama pulled out of Iraq and diddled around while ISIS took over the country in large areas. It took Trump to get them out.
Nation building did not create a Democracy in Afghanistan and the writer paints a picture of no benefit to the Afghan women or citizenry. They would beg to differ and that is why they all want to come here. They had a taste of Western living for a number of years, something they had never experienced and they want it now.
Who knows what will happen. This evacuation travesty will live in infamy. Pulling troops before saving the civilians, closing Bagram Air Base and giving security to the Taliban in Kabul after Biden was offered the job of securing and controlling Kabul and his refusal resulted in the deaths of our servicemen and women and the inability of those trying to escape to get to the airport.
They were beaten, their papers and passports stolen and some were killed. Thirteen dead servicemen and women and thousands left behind. A shame and a stain on his legacy forever. We even saw the transcript where Biden asks Ghani, the president of Afghanistan, to lie about the fact that the Taliban were taking over the country to “change the perception.”
Biden lies with ease and tries to blame Trump for this fiasco, Sorry, Joe, he would not have gone along with the choices that you made . There is no doubt who would have been in charge and it would not be the Taliban.
We now have a new terrorist state, armed with our own weapons, a very big sin of omission in the aforementioned article. One final great success of Joe Biden’s evacuation reveals that the drone that destroyed the car carrying a so called “terrorist” the day before the final evacuation actually killed an innocent family of a man who was one of us. The New York Times released this information while Biden and his minions lied about who was in the car.
