Dear Neighbor,
We are Marianna Wohlgemuth and Marietta DiCamillo and have been residents of New Hyde Park for over 40 years.
During this time we’ve advocated for our community as former civic association presidents and various other roles such as the Great Neck Library Board and currently, the Water Authority.
We write you now to let you know about a unique opportunity to guarantee our community’s future. That opportunity is to support our friend, Peter Fishkind, for North Hempstead Town Council.
Peter is energetic, hard-working, and has made it clear that our community’s interests will be heard and has great ideas to improve the quality of our lives. As our formal advocate, he will ensure the resources of town departments and services are quickly deployed to our area.
Peter has demonstrated how much he cares by attending town board meetings; working with Lakeville Estates Civic to clean up trash along Hillside Avenue, and many other local events.
We can’t think of a more passionate and qualified individual to represent our community on the town council.
With that being said, we endorse Peter Fishkind for Town Council in North Hempstead’s fifth district.
Let’s build a great future for our fifth district—vote for Peter Fishkind for Town Council via absentee ballot; at an early voting site from Oct. 23-31; or at your own polling site on Tuesday, Nov. 2nd.
