Kim Richards, the Mineola native and star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” will not serve any jail time for causing a scene at a high-end hotel in April.

Richards’ lawyers reached a plea bargain with Los Angeles prosecutors Monday morning that gives her 30 days probation and mandates she attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and do 30 days of community labor, according to TMZ

She is also banned from the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she kicked a police officer in the groin as they removed her from a lounge she refused to leave.

Richards and her lawyers will try to change the terms of the deal to exchange community labor for community service, due to an alleged foot injury, the New York Daily News reported.

The reality show personality is still awaiting a court date for her mid August shoplifting arrest in Los Angeles.
