Town officials attend Port Washington Chamber of Commerce installation dinner

North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Council Member Dina De Giorgio along with Town Clerk Wayne Wink and Receiver of Taxes Charles Berman attended the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce Installation Dinner at f.i.s.h. in Port Washington on Sept. 19.

Supervisor Bosworth swore in the Mitch Schwartz President of the Chamber of Commerce, Council Member Dina De Giorgio performed the oath of office for the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce and Assemblyman Tony D’Urso swore in the newly installed officers.

Town officials also presented a proclamation of recognition to Marvin Makofsky in honor of his work in Port Washington and with his organization Plant a Row. Also in attendance was Nassau County Legislator Delia DeRiggi-Whitton.
