North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board have announced that the Building Department will be hosting an Educational Series this fall titled “What to Know Before Buying or Selling a Home.”
The educational series is designed to make sure you are fully prepared before you buy or sell a home. Find out what permits and certificates you need to buy or sell a home.
Residents are asked to bring any relevant information or documentation relating to their concern. Both sessions will take place at 7 p.m. and walk-ins are welcomed.
The seminars will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at the Hillside Public Library, 155 Lakeville Road in New Hyde Park, and on Tuesday, Oct. 30 at the Manhasset Public Library, 30 Onderdonk Ave. in Manhasset.
