North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Council Member Anna Kaplan recently attended the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin Queens and Long Island Women’s Affairs’ “A Walk to Remember” event at Clark Botanic Garden in Albertson.
The event was designed to raise awareness and educate people about breast cancer and featured speakers and uplifting music and dance performances. Bosworth and Kaplan presented proclamations to the association’s president, Dr. Jagdish Gupta, in recognition of her work on the event as well as Dr. Ajay Lodha in recognition of being honored at the event.
