The 15,400-square-foot 1930s home sits on 3.9 manicured acres at 65 Dogwood Ave. The home was designed by Cross & Cross, architects of the GE and Tiffany & Co. buildings in Manhattan.

Annual property taxes for the Dogwood Avenue mansion are $119,262.

Listed by Jason and Sarah Friedman of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the Colonial-style brick home boasts eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 2 half baths at the end of a long, tree-lined driveway.

The first floor houses a ballroom, former dining room and two eat-in kitchens among its 30 rooms. The home also has 15 fireplaces scattered across the three floors.

The master bedroom suite on the second floor holds two of the home’s 11 full bathrooms.

Behind the house is a stone patio surrounded by lush gardens with statues, swings and trails under dozens of trees.

The multiple acres of green space around the home was designed by noted architect Beatrix Farrant, designer of the East and West White House Gardens during the Woodrow Wilson presidency.
