Matthew J. Zangwill of Roslyn Heights was named among the top attorneys in New York by Super Lawyers ratings service last year.
Zangwill, who works in business and corporate law with Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C. in Uniondale, was named a Rising Star, a special category for lawyers 40 years old or younger.
A partner in the firm, Zangwill is a member of the Real Estate Department where he represents landlords or tenants in the leasing of commercial, retail, office and industrial space, as well as other commercial transactions including complex financing and title matters, tax-deferred exchanges, net zero bond leases, and construction lending.
Zangwill holds a law degree from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College.
