Roslyn students participate in string festival

The Roslyn School District is proud to announce that five students have been accepted into the Long Island String Festival Association music festivals this year. They are Emily Sung, Alex Liu, Mason Lee, Gary Nercessian and Elizabeth Lee. Students in grades nine through 12 participated in the secondary festival on Nov. 16-18 at the Wisdom Lane Middle School in Levittown. Students in grades five through eight will participate in the intermediate festival on March 1-3 at Uniondale High School.
