PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 5, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. at the Russell Gardens Village Hall, 6 Tain Drive, Great Neck, New York, the Russell Gardens Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the following application:
TOBIN HOMES LLC—for a subdivision of property which will create two lots for the premises known as 2 Tobin Avenue, Great Neck, New York, designated on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 2, Block 284, Lots 620-625. The premises is not located within the Village and the application is being heard pursuant to Nassau County Charter ß1610 because of the proximity of the premises to the Village of Russell Gardens.
At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the applications are on file at Village Hall and may be inspected during regular business hours.
