Elmont Memorial High School students Bethel Adiele, Michael Lawes and Gerald Poku-Mensah were named QuestBridge National College Match finalists.

In March, 6,507 students out of 16,248 were named finalists for exhibiting high academic achievement and financial need. These finalists rank their QuestBridge partner schools in order of preference and complete additional application requirements.

In early December, finalists are notified if they are matched with the schools they previously applied to. If selected, the students are granted full tuition scholarships and other amazing opportunities.

QuestBridge is a platform that connects the nation’s brightest students from underserved communities with leading institutions of higher education and further opportunities.
