First graders from the Sea Cliff School and Glenwood Landing School will be dressing up as popular storybook characters from such classic fairy tales as “Jack and the Beanstalk,” “Little Red Riding Hood,” “Goldilocks and the Three Bears,” “Cinderella,” “The Gingerbread Man,” “The Three Little Pigs” and more, for the Fairy Tale Ball on Wednesday, Feb. 12.
The event will begin at the Sea Cliff elementary school, 280 Carpenter Ave., at 8:45 a.m., and will be followed by students at the Glenwood Landing elementary school, 60 Cody Ave. in Glen Head, at 9 a.m. The event will also feature singing, artwork and many popular storybook characters.
