South High Badminton teams win County Championships

The South High School Badminton program capped off successful seasons with Conference and County championship titles, including Nassau County singles and doubles champions on the boys team and a County team championship for the girls.

The Boys Badminton team completed the fall season (played from March–April 2021) as Undefeated Conference I Champions. The Rebels were runners-up in the County championship team tournament, but Great Neck athletes brought home championship titles from the singles and doubles tournament. Ryan Wu is the Nassau County Singles Champion, and Yang Wang and Aidan Din are the Nassau County Doubles Champions.

The Girls Badminton team finished the spring season (May–June) with a regular season record of 9-1.
