On Jan. 17, John Lewis Childs School hosted a Fun Run as the culminating activity of its Boosterthon fundraiser.

All grade levels were welcome to participate, helping to raise funds by pledging to run. The students were able to earn prizes, which they received outside of school hours, based on the amount they pledged. Starting on Jan. 8, there were activities held each day leading up to the Fun Run to discuss ways the students could be kind. These activities promoted exercise, teamwork, and community-mindedness.

The funds raised will be used to help pay for programs and activities for the students of JLCS.
