Manhasset High School students honored at model U.N. conference

On Nov. 17, 11 Manhasset High School students attended the Columbia University Education Simulation Model United Nations Conference. Manhasset students competed against 250 students from 12 different communities across Long Island and the greater New York City area. At the conference, students developed their diplomacy, negotiation and decision-making skills as they worked collaboratively with other students to address solutions to international problems.

A number of Manhasset High School students were recognized for their strong talents. The following students were acknowledged for their outstanding performance at the conference:
