The start of the 100th day of school parade.

On Feb. 25, students and staff at Floral Park-Bellerose School celebrated the 100th day of school.

Kindergartners and first graders paraded down the halls to music. The kindergartners wore headbands and crowns that said statements like, “Hip hip hooray! We’ve been here 100 days!” and “I’m 100 days brighter!” First graders dressed up as 100-year-old people, donning mustaches and wigs and holding canes.
