Three from North High commit to sports at college

Three North High School seniors have signed letters of commitment to play sports at colleges and universities in the fall.

The athletes, listed with their sport and college, are: Alexis Namdar, cross country and track, New York Institute of Technology; James Neubert, lacrosse, Sage College; and William Rivera Zavala, soccer, Five Towns College.

Parents, coaches, and school administrators attended a signing ceremony at North High on June 11 to congratulate the scholar athletes on their outstanding accomplishments on the field and in the classroom.
