From wine to whiskey to prosecco to rum, Young’s Fine Wines and Spirits on Plandome Road in Manhasset is a place for holiday beverages.

With a nearly endless range of products and prices, ranging from $1 bottles of Smirnoff caramel vodka to a $5,499 bottle of 40-year old Balvenie Single Malt scotch, any palate can be pleased with the store’s offerings.

Founded in 1933 in Manhasset, Young’s is one of the oldest and largest wine and liquor stores on Long Island. Staffed by sommeliers who can help customers make the best pick, the store has been a staple for its reliability, immense variety and presence in the community.

Frequent customers can join the Young’s Wine Club. For a one-time $80 payment, club members earn deep discounts and invitations to specialized tastings.

The season will be marked by wine tastings, where patrons can try new and interesting wines before taking them home for the holidays. Tastings will occur every Saturday at the store from 2 to 6 p.m., with a special holiday tasting, which will include champagne, on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 2 to 6 p.m.

Orders can be placed at 516-627-1234, or online at youngswines.com, for pickup or local delivery.
