During the last week of October, the Halloween SPOOKTACULAR gymnasiums at all three North Shore elementary schools were designed to engage our students in a fun and enjoyable learning environment. Districtwide K-5 students had the opportunity to participate in some of their favorite physical activities including pumpkin bowling, skull throwing, rope swinging over a snake or bone pit, scooter riding through a fictitious haunted house and spooky rock climbing.
The SPOOKTACULAR focuses on a variety of skills where students can enhance their problem solving abilities, collaborate with peers, practice athletic skills, communicate with friends and increase their performance level.
