State Assemblyman Anthony D’Urso recently met with the members of the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce at a monthly breakfast meeting held at the Inn at Great Neck.
The event’s keynote speaker was Rear Admiral Susan L. Dunlap, United States Maritime Service Deputy Superintendent from the Merchant Marine Academy, a Navy retiree with 28 years of service. The Academy is celebrating its 75th Anniversary this year.
“I feel fortunate to represent a district which includes our courageous Merchant Mariners” said D’Urso, “Their training helps to ensure the safety of our marine transportation and defense.”
