HOLLAND, ESQ., Verified by Petitioner STEVEN JONES, and good cause having been shown; Let Respondents PALM SERVICES CORP., MARIAN LAKSER, AND SHIRA LAKSER, OR THEIR ATTORNEYS SHOW CAUSE before this Court, at Part 6, thereof, to be heard in and for the County of Nassau, at the Courthouse located at 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, New York 11596, on the 17th day of September 2021, at 9:30 am or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard via Microsoft Teams, why an Order should not be made and entered, as follows: (1) directing the dissolution of PALM SERVICES CORP. pursuant to Section 1104-a of the Business Corporation Law; (2) directing MARIAN LAKSER and SHIRA LAKSER to account for any and all of the monies which have been withdrawn and/or removed from any of the various bank account(s) which have been maintained by the PALM SERVICES CORP. during the period of time from May 1, 2017 to date; and (3) granting such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper.
