Mineola High School students dedicated their time to help community members learn about technology. The Computeers Club recently offered a free technology training course for adults. During after-school sessions, student volunteers provided one-on-one instruction on a variety of topics.
Students helped members of the community with how to use smartphones, iPads, tablets, e-Readers and personal computers. The school-to-community partnership is aligned with Mineola’s mission of inspiring students to contribute positively to a global society.
