I have chosen to accept defeat graciously!
I have been raised with integrity and therefore I will not dispute the outcome of this election.
However I will stick to my observation that we have great parks because of Bob Lincoln, Ruth Tamarin and Ivar Segalowitz.
I wish Dan Nachmanoff success in his second term and hope he will be more sensitive to the needs of this wonderful Great Neck parks staff.
I am hoping that legislation will be considered soon that will enable the park elections to take place at a time when more people will be likely to vote.
Encouraging open debates in future elections makes sense!!
I will continue to attend meetings and hopefully more Great Neck residents will also attend meetings and become active!!!
