Fairfield University

James Madison University

Illiana Ioannides of Port Washington has been named to the school’s president’s list for the spring 2019 semester. Students who earn president’s list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.90 or above.

Miami University

The following students have been named to the school’s dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester: James Duff of Albertson and Sarah Dayan of Great Neck.

Muhlenberg College

The following students have been named to the school’s dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester: Daliah Bernstein and Jonathan Greenblatt of Port Washington; Danielle Chaluts, Christine Cimpian, Daniel Doreste and Jason Sender of Great Neck; Jordan Curtis and Ross Gothelf of Roslyn; Benjamin Katz of Old Westbury and Jacob Sonnenklar of Roslyn Heights. Students with a term GPA of 3.50 or higher were recognized for this academic achievement.

Rochester Institute of Technology

Springfield College

The following students have been named to the school’s dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester: Taylor Barnard of New Hyde Park and Phillip Schifilliti of Great Neck. Students must have a minimum semester grade point average of 3.50 for the semester to be named to the dean’s list.

Simmons University

Catherine Jones of Manhasset was named to the school’s dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. To qualify for dean’s list status, undergraduate students must obtain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

SUNY Oswego

Mary McLoughlin of Williston Park has been named to the school’s dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. The dean’s list recognizes undergraduate students achieving a minimum 3.5 GPA for the semester.

University of Sciences

The following students have been named to the school’s dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester: Rikita Doshi, Riya Varma and Abin Koshy of New Hyde Park and Shaina Parambil of Garden City Park. Selection for this award is based on completing and passing all assigned courses with no grade below a “C” and attaining an academic average of at least 3.4.

University of Scranton

Nicholas J. D’Alonzo of Port Washington graduated from the school’s Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors Program. D’Alonzo, who graduated cum laude, majored in neuroscience and philosophy.

Nathalie Cespedes of New Hyde Park served as one of the school’s three summer orientation leaders for the school’s class of 2023.
