Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth and Council Member Peter Zuckerman attended the Nassau County Police Department Detectives’ Association Law Enforcement Night XLII on Thursday, Oct. 20 at Leonard’s Palazzo in Great Neck.
The event was held to honor several members of the Nassau County Police Department Detectives’ Association for their hard work and dedication to the local community.
Bosworth and Zuckerman gave proclamations of recognition to this year’s honorees: Detective of the Year 2015 Detective Michael Dunn, Law Enforcement Man of the Year 2016 Detective Sergeant Michael Bolitho, Honorary Law Enforcement Man of the Year 2016 Police Officer Peter Paterson, Career Achievement Award 2015 recipient Detective Robert Nardo and Life Saving Award 2016 recipient Detective Patrick Rail.
